2.3 Personal Capacity. You must be a natural person of full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Corporations, trusts, or other legal entities are not permitted to hold 3rgame player accounts.
2.4 Exclusion Lists. Persons who have self-excluded from 3rgame, or who have been excluded by regulatory or court order, are not eligible to register or maintain an account on the Platform. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account at the time of discovery.
3.1 Single Account Rule. Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) 3rgame account. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 3rgame may use technical means, identity verification, and third-party data sources to detect duplicate accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 3rgame strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, available via SMS to any registered Pakistani mobile number. You must notify 3rgame support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your 3rgame account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
All 3rgame player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements are expressed in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3rgame accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank transfer. The minimum deposit is PKR 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transactions above PKR 100,000 may require additional verification under 3rgame's AML procedures.
Deposits are credited to your 3rgame wallet in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take up to thirty (30) minutes to reflect. 3rgame does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals at 3rgame are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. Cross-method withdrawals (e.g., depositing via JazzCash and withdrawing to a bank account) are not permitted except in exceptional circumstances and require written approval from the 3rgame finance team.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) hours of submission for verified accounts. All transactions on 3rgame are conducted in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by 3rgame. Where a payment provider applies conversion charges, those charges are the responsibility of the player.
6.1 3rgame offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by 3rgame are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full. 6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are typically available to new or existing verified players. 3rgame reserves the right to exclude any player from a specific promotion at its discretion, particularly where eligibility criteria are not met or where there is suspicion of bonus abuse.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to satisfy wagering requirements, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. 3rgame may cancel bonuses, void winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
6.5 Expiry. All bonuses on 3rgame expire within the period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account without notice.
7.1 Sportsbook. All bets placed on the 3rgame sportsbook, including PSL cricket markets, international cricket, UFC, and other sporting events, are governed by the 3rgame Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. These Terms incorporate the Sports Betting Rules by reference.
7.2 Casino Games. All casino games on 3rgame, including live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and slot titles, use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) where applicable, or live dealer streams from licensed studios. Published house edges are accurate and audited periodically.
7.3 Bet Acceptance. 3rgame reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from technical errors, bets that would expose 3rgame to unacceptable risk, or bets placed by players under investigation for fraudulent activity.
7.4 Void Bets. Bets may be voided where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or where the market is declared void by the relevant governing body. Voided bets are refunded in full to the player's 3rgame wallet.
7.5 Technical Failures. In the event of a system failure, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, 3rgame will investigate the matter and may restore the game state where technically possible. 3rgame is not liable for losses arising directly from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

Exclusions are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During the exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be permitted to log in, deposit, or place bets. 9.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their 3rgame account at any time via account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a twenty-four-hour cooling-off period.
9.4 Session Reminders. Players may configure session time reminders to receive in-platform notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
9.5 Reality Checks. Players may enable reality check prompts that display a summary of time spent and net account movement at configurable intervals.
9.6 Age Verification. 3rgame enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. Players who have reason to believe a minor may be accessing their account must secure their device immediately and notify 3rgame support.
10.1 All content on the 3rgame Platform, including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, interface design, logos, text, images, and databases, is the intellectual property of 3rgame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 3rgame Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other right or licence is granted, either expressly or by implication.
10.3 You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 3rgame Platform without the prior written consent of 3rgame. Unauthorised use of 3rgame's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.
11.1 The 3rgame Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3rgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 3rgame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 3rgame's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 3rgame's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 3rgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
12.2 Account Closure by Player. You may close your 3rgame account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance at the time of closure, less any outstanding bonus wagering obligations, will be returned to you via your registered payment method within seven (7) business days.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. All outstanding bonus balances are forfeited. Verified cash balances will be returned in accordance with clause 12.2 unless the termination is a result of fraud or breach of these Terms, in which case balances may be forfeited pending investigation.
13.1 3rgame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 3rgame Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 3rgame implements technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and periodic security audits.
13.3 Your personal data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, regulatory, and anti-money laundering obligations, which may require retention for a period of up to seven (7) years following account closure.

14.1 3rgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, unless the change is required by legal or regulatory obligation, in which case it may take effect immediately.
14.2 Your continued use of the 3rgame Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3rgame holds its operating licence, as applicable to international online gaming operators.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the first instance, all disputes between a player and 3rgame should be raised with the 3rgame support team, which will attempt to resolve the matter informally within five (5) business days. If the matter is not resolved informally, it will be referred to binding arbitration before a neutral arbitrator in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.
15.3 Complaints. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to 3rgame support. 3rgame will acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and provide a final response within fifteen (15) business days of receiving all relevant information.
